Jury
The ADS Awards jury brings together leading creative voices from advertising, design, digital, and culture. Selected for experience, integrity, and creative impact, jurors evaluate all work using consistent criteria for a fair, thoughtful, and transparent process.
Jurors are selected through a curated process led by the ADS Council and Farmani Group team to assemble a balanced, diverse, and highly respected jury that reflects the breadth of modern advertising and creative practice.
Nominations may come from the industry, past jurors, partners, and the wider creative community. Final jury selection prioritizes diversity of perspective, geography, discipline, and background while ensuring a consistent standard of expertise and integrity.
Evaluate all work fairly, independently, and without bias.
Apply the same judging criteria to every entry.
Respect the confidentiality of submissions and jury discussions.
Declare and avoid conflicts of interest.
