Founder and Creative Director of Nation Luciana Haguiara is the Founder and Creative Director of Nation. Named one of Brazil’s most influential women in communications by Women to Watch/Meio & Mensagem and Creative Professional of the Year by Propmark, she has built a career at the intersection of creativity and innovation. Before founding Nation, Luciana worked at agencies including AlmapBBDO, Ogilvy and Monks, leading creative teams across Brazil, Latin America and globally.

She has served as a Cannes Lions Jury President and as a juror, speaker and mentor for D&AD, The One Show, Clio, ADC, El Ojo and See It Be It, among many others. She has a project represented in MoMA’s permanent collection, and her work for global and local brands has earned hundreds of awards. Today, at Nation, she continues to explore what creativity can become next.
