Renata Hilario.

Renata Hilario is a Creative Development Lead at Globo. She is the co-creator and editorial coordinator of the award-winning podcast Mano a Mano, and a columnist for Women to Watch at Meio & Mensagem, where she writes about communication, brand strategy, sports marketing, culture, and diversity. She holds a Master’s degree in Consumer Behavior from ESPM, where she also taught in the postgraduate program. 

Renata is the co-author of Publicidade Antirracista, a finalist for the 2020 Jabuti Award, developed in partnership with the collective Publicitários Negros. In 2020, she was recognized by Forbes Brasil as one of the country’s 20 most innovative Black Creators. Throughout her career, she has worked with organizations such as the UN Global Compact, Ambev, Meta, among others.
