Having worked across Singapore, Tokyo and Shanghai, she brings an international perspective shaped by diverse creative cultures and markets. Her work spans branding, integrated campaigns, digital platforms, content, retail and experience design, combining strategic thinking with multidisciplinary creative direction.

Ronn’s work has received more than 100 international creative and design awards, including Red Dot, iF Design Award, Transform Awards and Graphis. She regularly serves on the juries of international awards and mentors emerging creatives through the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts Mentorship Programme.
