Seppl Kretz is a Founding Partner and Creative Director of Magma Music Agency, an established, award-winning agency specialising in sync, bespoke music production
and music supervision.
Since co-founding Magma in 2022, Seppl has build a successful international business with a reputation for uncompromising musical quality. He shapes the agency’s creative direction and business growth, bringing together musical expertise, commercial understanding and an international network of talent.
His work for brands including Heineken, Diesel and Schweppes has earned recognition at Cannes Lions, D&AD and Eurobest. He also regularly serves on industry award juries and is a speaker at industry events. With roots as an organ and synth player in indie and psychedelic bands, Seppl brings an artist’s perspective to leading an agency that connects music, brands and audiences worldwide
